[공개방송 신청 유의사항]

EASTSHINE 공개방송 참여는 사전 신청을 통해 선착순으로 입장 번호가 부여됩니다.

참여 인원은 명단에 포함된 인원도 현장 상황에 따라 참여가 어려울 수 있는 점 양해부탁드립니다.

꼭 참여가 가능하신 분들만 신청해주시기 바라며, 불참하신 분들은 2회 누적시 해당 앨범 활동 신청이 불가합니다.

[공개방송 참여 유의사항]

- 녹화 도중 입 퇴장이 불가능한 점 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 생방송 입장의 경우 현장 상황에 따라서 입장 인원이 확정됩니다.

- 인원 체크 10분 전까지 도착하신 후 본인의 입장 순서에 맞게 줄을 서 주시기 바랍니다.

- 입장은 부여 받은 순서대로 입장합니다.

- 신청 시 참여 순서가 확정되었더라도 인원 체크 시간보다 늦게 도착하거나, 순서에 맞게 서 계시지 않아 제 시간에 인원체크가 되지 않은 분들은 가장 뒷번호가 부여됩니다.

- 팬 확인 준비물 미지참 시, 입장 순서가 뒤쪽으로 배부되거나 공개방송에 참여하지 못할 수 있는 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- EASTSHINE의 모든 공개방송 현장에서는 모든 종류의 촬영 및 녹음(사진, 동영상, 녹음 등)이 금지되어 있습니다. 적발 시 현장 스탭이 제재할 수 있으며, 기기 확인 후 데이터 삭제 및 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다. 퇴장 조치된 팬분께서는 추후 모든 팬클럽 활동에 참여가 불가합니다.

(촬영 및 녹음 적발 시 팬클럽 전체가 퇴장될 수 있는 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.)

- 모든 공개방송 현장에서는 현장 스탭의 공지 및 안내에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

- 또한 방송 스탭 및 경호원, 진행요원 분들의 통제를 잘 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

- 모든 공개방송은 티켓, 공개방송 순번 양도 또는 교환이 불가능합니다. 공개방송 순번, 티켓 교환 또는 양도 적발시 당사자 및 교환 하신 분 모두 해당 앨범 모든 활동에 참여가 불가능하며, 당일 공개방송 참여도 불가능합니다.

타 팬클럽으로 적발 시 해당 팬클럽 정보 공유 및 팬카페 강제 탈퇴될 수 있습니다.

(타 팬클럽 적발 시 해당 메일로 ([email protected]) 제보 해주시기 바랍니다.)

- 방청이 진행되는 동안 개인 멘트 및 개인 행동은 절대 불가합니다. (발견 즉시 강제 퇴장)

신장이 방송국 측 지정 신장 이상일 경우 스탠딩석 입장에 제한이 있는 점 양해부탁드립니다.

공개방송 참여 시 공식 응원봉 또는 배부해드린 공식 슬로건을 제외한 개인 응원 도구는 사용이 불가합니다. (적발 시 수거 후 사전 녹화 종료 후 돌려드릴 예정입니다.)

- 공개방송 참여 시 방송 프로그램에 따라 입장 연령 제한이 있을 수 있으니, 신청 전 반드시 프로그램 정보를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

- 공개방송 현장에서 팬분들은 아티스트의 얼굴입니다. 현장에서 해당 아티스트를 포함한 다른 팬덤을 향해 모욕적인 발언 및 불쾌감을 일으키는 행동과 언행은 삼가주시길 바라며, 사안에 따라 경고 및 무통보 블랙리스트에 기재될 수 있습니다.

위 내용에 표기되지 않은 경우라도 당일 현장 진행에 방해가 된다고 판단 될 경우, 퇴장 또는 제재를 받으실 수 있습니다.

[공개방송 준비물 유의사항]

신분증 (신분증 내 본인 확인 가능한 사진 필수)

*대한민국 국적 : 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 청소년증(주민센터 발급), 모바일 신분증(정부24, 행정안전부&경찰청, PASS 발급)

*대한민국 국적 외 : 여권, 외국인등록증

음원 구매 내역 페이지 및 내 정보 페이지 모두 본인의 이름 혹은 아이디, 닉네임이 함께 있는 경우에만 인정됩니다.

실물로 인쇄된 내역만 인정되며, 음원 구매 내역 페이지와 내 정보 페이지 모두 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 인쇄물 없이 휴대폰, 아이패드 등의 전자기기에 해당 이미지를 저장하거나 인쇄물을 확인할 수 없는 경우 준비물을 미지참한 것으로 간주되어 가장 뒷번❄︎ 인정되거나 참여가 불가할 수 있으니 이 점 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

음원 구매 내역 관련 인쇄물 2매 (음원 구매 내역 페이지, 내 정보 페이지)는 하나의 종이에 인쇄해 오셔도 무관합니다.

음원 구매는 멜론사이트만 인정됩니다.

음원 구매는 MP3, FLAC 형식만 인정되며, DCF 형식은 인정되지 않습니다.

-앨범의 경우 CD를 포함한 실물앨범만 인정됩니다.

공지 미숙지로 인해 발생하는 불이익에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

상기 내용 확인하시어, 공개방송 참여 신청 및 현장에서 불이익을 당하지 않도록 주의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

I am the EASTSHINE fan club general manager.

Here is the EASTSHINE public broadcast notice.

[Public broadcast application notice] 1. Participation in the EASTSHINE public broadcast will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis through prior application.

2. Participation may be possible depending on the on-site situation, so please understand.

3. Only those who can participate may apply, and those who are qualified to participate may apply for the second album activity.

[Public broadcast participation notice]

- Please note that there is a handle.

- This is related to the live broadcast situation.

- Please participate with about 10 minutes to spare and then participate in your own session.

- Participants will participate in order.

- When applying, please state your intention to participate and bring a welcome time, or if you do not check the time regardless of the time, the most important number will be assigned. - If you do not bring fan verification materials, you will not be able to participate in the broadcast with the attendance time written on it. - All types of filming and monitoring (photos, videos, monitors, etc.) are active on all public broadcast sites of EASTSHINE. If caught, you may be subject to sanctions by the on-site staff, and your data may be deleted or canceled after the action. Fans who have been expelled may participate in all future fan club activities.

(Please note that all fan club members may attend if filming or notices are caught.) - Please follow all notices and instructions from the public broadcast staff.

- Also, please follow the control of the broadcast staff, security guards, and event staff.

- Boots, public broadcast order reservations, or exchanges are not possible for all public broadcasts. If you are caught registering or exchanging public broadcast orders, the corresponding album cannot participate in any activities and cannot participate in the indicated broadcasts.

- If caught with other fan clubs, you may share information about the fan club and use the fan cafe. (If caught with other fan clubs, please report to the email address ([email protected]).)

- Personal messages and personal actions while watching are absolutely prohibited. (Please press return immediately upon discovery)

- If the content is more than an exciting broadcasting station side-pull, please place it in a restricted area.

- When participating in a public broadcast, you may use it if an official cheering stick or official slogan is distributed. (If discovered, it will be collected and processed after the pre-recording ends.) - When participating in a public broadcast, there may be player restrictions depending on the broadcast program, so please check the information on allowed programs before applying.

- Fans are the face of the artist on the public broadcast site. Comments on other fandoms, including affiliated artists, or emotional relationships and behaviors on-site, or language may be registered in a warning and blacklist without prior notice.

- Even if not specified above, if you interfere with on-site behavior, you may be ejected or punished.

[Precautions for preparing for public broadcast]

- Identification card (photo that can verify your iden❄︎y is required)

*Korean nationality: passport, resident registration card, driver's license, youth ID (issued by resident center), mobile ID card (issued by government 24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, PASS)

*Nationality other than Korean: passport, alien registration card

- Only the music purchase history page and My Information page that contain your name, ID, or nickname will be accepted.

- Only printed records will be accepted, so please bring both the music purchase history page and My Information page. If you save the image on an electronic device such as a mobile phone or iPad without a printed document or cannot confirm the printed document, it will be considered that you did not bring the required documents, and you may be accepted as the last number or may not be able to participate, so please be aware of this.

- You may print out the two printed documents related to the music purchase history (music purchase history page, My Information page) on one piece of paper.

- Music purchases are only accepted on the Melon site.

- Only MP3, FLAC formats are accepted for music purchases, and DCF formats are not accepted.

(Both the existing My Information page and the current My Information page are accepted.)

- For albums, only physical albums including CDs are accepted.

We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by lack of notice.

Please check the above information and be careful not to suffer disadvantages when applying to participate in the public broadcast and on site.
